Full Bio
Mrs. Gordon began her career at MBI in 2004 as a part-time field technician. In 2007, she accepted the full-time position as Aquatic Ecologist and Field Crew Leader. Over the years with MBI, she transitioned from working primarily with fish to chemical water quality. She is currently the Projects and Data Management Coordinator, where she works closely with the Research Director on project details, and oversees field logistics and field crew coordination. She also serves as Quality Management and Safety Coordinator and works with the Administrative Director to coordinate employee training and to ensure that all safety protocols are in place and being met. Manages the MBI Data Hub (MBI Data Management System) and serves as data management coordinator by assigning data entry roles and tasks and ensuring that data is entered accurately following standard QA/QC practices. Vickie is a Level 3 Fish and QHEI Qualified Data Collector and a Level 3 Water Chemistry Qualified Data Collector both under the Ohio Credible Data Law.
